Concurrently, Aigle Royal Properties are also developing approximately 25,000 m² of GLA in Stage 2 of theLarge Format Retail centre at Samara City in Casuarina which will celebrate and integrate indigenous artwork into the built-form.

Aigle Royal Properties are currently developing and leasing large format retail sites in Stage 2 of The Saleyard in Midland and Stage 2 of Samara City in Casuarina.
