Xavier is an insurance broker with more than 15 years’ experience across corporate and commercial broking, risk advisory and multinational insurance placements.

He built his career at global broking houses, including Willis Towers Watson, managing large-scale accounts for national and international clients.

Xavier now leads the Edgewise retail team, which prides itself on developing a deep understanding of each client’s operations and delivering bespoke insurance and risk solutions. He partners with national retailers to safeguard business continuity and protect their brand, enabling them to focus on growth.
