Baby Bunting opens two new relocated stores

Baby Bunting has recently relocated two of its stores and welcomed customers into a new and improved shopping experience at Hawthorn (VIC) and Fortitude Valley (QLD).

Baby Bunting Hawthorn now sits in the heart of Hawthorn East between Camberwell and Glenferrie Roads, while the Fortitude Valley store has joined various well-known brands at Homemaker The Valley North.

“Despite the year’s ongoing challenges, we are incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished in relocating and opening these stores,” said CEO Matt Spencer.

“As a team, we’re passionate about supporting parents and thrilled to be living out our core purpose in these two exciting new locations.”

With its core purpose to support new and expectant parents through the early years of parenthood, Baby Bunting is excited to introduce customers to a new store design as well as continuing to offer services, including accredited car seat installation, capsule hire and furniture assembly.

The two new convenient locations bring together a more thoughtful shopping experience and more ways to support parents along their journey.

Both stores boast a spacious layout that has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate parents and carers with prams or kids in tow.

Long, roomy aisles offer a more convenient way to navigate and explore the product range on offer with prams, car seats and nursery furniture on display for easy viewing.

Baby Bunting Hawthorn and Fortitude Valley invite customers to enjoy a fully immersive shopping experience, featuring an inspirational nursery area and new Babytronics department where parents can browse all their electronic needs in one place.

With plenty of parking available and an accredited car seat installation service, both new stores will also play a key role in helping parents prepare safely for the road ahead.

Shopping From Home

Baby Bunting continued to support customers during what has been a difficult year for many, including new and expectant parents and young families.

As an essential service, stores remained open in addition to alternative ways to shop including 24/7 online shopping, Contactless Click & Collect and Home Delivery services.

In response to the pandemic, Baby Bunting introduced innovative ways to support parents, from contactless car seat installations to Helping Hand, a personalised one-to-one service dedicated to giving customers full access to products, advice and services over the phone.

“We’re incredibly grateful to be able to continue supporting parents in what has been a truly tough year,” said CEO Matt Spencer.

“The early years of parenthood are already filled with challenges and new experiences, so we understand the importance of having reliable access to the essential goods and services parents need for themselves and their little ones.

“We’re proud to be providing this support in every way we can.”

From parenting advice and professional services to the widest range of products from both big and exclusive brands, Baby Bunting continues to take big steps towards improving and expanding its offering.

Whether through advanced store design or alternative ways to shop, Baby Bunting is committed to supporting parents every step of the way and look forward to continuing this in the coming years and beyond.
