Home Focus Pimpama reaches major milestone with Health & Wellness Precinct expansion

Home Focus Pimpama has reached another significant milestone with the completion of Precinct D2, an extension of the centre’s growing Health & Wellness Precinct. This latest stage introduces over 2,000 sqm of new retail space and brings 10 additional tenancies to the rapidly expanding northern Gold Coast development, reflecting continued investment in retail infrastructure.
Strategically located off Exit 49 in Pimpama, the centre has quickly evolved into a major hub for Large Format Retail, convenience, and lifestyle offerings. With the completion of Precinct D2, the centre has now passed 50% delivery, marking a major achievement in its broader masterplan.
Among the first tenants to open are Pilates & Co, a boutique reformer Pilates studio, and Black Fox Barbers, a contemporary barbershop catering to the local community. Further tenants including Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology, Dental and Orthodontic clinics, P3 Recovery, Beauty Services, and a local Bakery are in the process of completing their fitouts and will open progressively in the coming months. This expanded mix of tenants strengthens the centre’s appeal as a one-stop destination for health, wellness, and lifestyle services, meeting the everyday needs of the local population.
The development is being delivered by Baycrown Property Group in partnership with long-time construction collaborator De Luca Corporation, which has played a vital role in building all stages of the centre to date. The partnership continues with the next phase of construction, currently underway, which will add over 10,000 sqm of Large Format Retail space across two buildings. The first of these buildings is expected to be completed in December 2025 and will feature 4WD Supacentre for off-road and outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts and further leasing opportunities for furniture, décor, bedding and other homemaker retailers. The second building is due for completion in 2026.
Home Focus Pimpama already boasts a strong mix of retailers including Bunnings, Officeworks, Petbarn, Pillow Talk, Early Settler, RSEA, Beacon Lighting, Chemist Warehouse, The Good Guys and Repco. Dining and convenience offerings such as BP, Guzman Y Gomez, and Oporto round out the precinct’s appeal, supporting a high level of customer visitation and customer engagement.
The completion of Precinct D2 comes at a time of major infrastructure and population growth in the region. The recently completed Exit 49 upgrade continues to improve access to the centre, while the forthcoming Coomera Connector will further enhance regional connectivity and traffic flow. The planned Pimpama train station will also integrate the centre into Southeast Queensland’s rail network, making it even more convenient for residents and visitors. Additionally, the new Coomera Hospital, currently under construction and due for completion in 2027, will bring substantial healthcare infrastructure to the northern Gold Coast corridor.
Upon full completion, Home Focus Pimpama will offer over 50,000 sqm of lettable retail space, cementing its position as a leading Large Format Retail and lifestyle destination for the northern Gold Coast. With strong leasing momentum, ongoing construction, and a growing community catchment, the centre is well positioned to meet the region’s retail and lifestyle needs for years to come.
