Leyton Property welcomes first retailers into Parafield and Munno Para retail hubs

Leyton Property has welcomed its first retail partners into Stage 1 of the Parafield and Munno Para retail hubs this month, ahead of public opening in April.

RSEA Safety, Sydney Tools and KFC are the first retailers to join the Parafield retail site, which features a Gross Lettable Area Retail (GLAR) of 3,763 sqm and 110 car spaces.

BCF, Sydney Tools, Zambero, Lone Star Rib House and Burgertec will be the first tenants to join the Munno Para site, with a GLAR of 3,962 sqm and 124 car spaces.

Both retail sites are located in rapidly growing residential areas 20 kilometres north of Adelaide’s CBD, and follow Leyton Property’s recent success launching the Springwood Place neighbourhood shopping centre in nearby suburb Gawler.

“Adelaide’s northern suburbs are experiencing the fastest population growth in South Australia’s history,” Hamish Brown, Managing Director of Leyton Property said.

“We expect that both the Parafield and Munno Para sites, located on main roads and surrounded by quality retail, will deliver positive outcomes for both our tenants and the community alike.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our new tenant partners on site, reaching another milestone in the development of these two projects,” he said.

With significant experience in retail, commercial and convenience projects across the country, Parafield and Munno Para are Leyton Property’s first foray into the large format retail space, which is currently experiencing record-low vacancy rates nation-wide.

Leyton Property has partnered with Bella Build to construct the Munno Para site, and Sagle Constructions on the Parafield site. Construction of Stage 2 is set to commence later this year.

With a further 5,000 sqm of space on offer at Parafield and 1,800 sqm available at Munno Para, many high-profile tenants have already been secured for Stage 2, including Repco, Petbarn, Toymate, Revo Fitness and RSEA Safety.

With limited leasing space available, retailers are advised to contact Karolina Perre from Leedwell Property on 0419 441 491 for further leasing information.
