A celebration of excellence: LFRA 2025 Gala Awards
Mark your calendars! On Thursday, 21 August 2025, the Large Format Retail Association will host its Gala Awards Dinner, an evening dedicated to recognising excellence across the sector.
The Gala, to be held at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne is a highlight on the Large Format Retail Association calendar, bringing together our national network to celebrate the achievements of individuals, member companies, and projects that continue to shape and strengthen the Large Format Retail industry in Australia.
It is an opportunity to reflect on the work of the Association since its founding, acknowledge the milestones of the past year, and look ahead to the future, encouraging the growth and development of emerging leaders in the sector.
The much-anticipated event will feature a full evening of entertainment, including comedian Peter Helliar, who will MC, live music, a DJ, and an online auction with a range of exceptional prizes.
Award submissions are now open and LFRA members are encouraged to put forward submissions in the following categories ahead of the closing deadline of 18 July 2025:
- Agent of the Year
- Centre of the Year
- Development of the Year
- Marketing Campaign of the Year – Retailer
- Marketing Campaign of the Year – Associate Member
- Best Application of an Innovation
- Best Sustainability Initiative
- Associate Member of the Year
- Retailer of the Year
In addition, the evening will include the presentation of the Warwick Shedden Memorial Trophy, recognising outstanding individual contribution to the Large Format Retail Association and the industry.
This is an important occasion to acknowledge and reward the dedication and leadership that continue to drive the success of the Large Format Retail sector. We invite all members to submit their nominations and join us in celebrating this achievement.
