The LFRA get a sneak peak at the new Macgregor Homemaker Centre

The LFRA 2023 Gold Coast Forum incorporated a Study Tour that showcased the Large Format Retail landscape of the Gold Coast and Southern Brisbane.

A highlight of the tour was the site visit to Macgregor Homemaker Centre, where the strong synergy and collaboration between Harvey Norman, ADCO Constructions, Leffler Simes Architects, Norman Asset Delivery and Transact Capital was evident in the premium asset that is being delivered.

The tour group was taken on a journey from acquisition to the state-of-the-art design and architecture. The Centre is on track to open in April 2024.

Macgregor Homemaker Centre will boost over 23,000 sqm of retail space and will be the only premium homemaker centre within the Macgregor catchment.

Anchored by Harvey Norman and Domayne, the centre will incorporate sustainable practices that will see technology working in harmony with design aesthetics.

The humancentric lighting will follow the customer upon entry to the centre and flow through the mall areas and into retail outlets.

The exterior of the building features a glass façade with OKATECH expanded copper inserts creating a unique and sophisticated look that will create a beacon of light along Kessels Road.

Guests were treated to an amazing grazing table of local and imported produce along with a generous selection of beverages on arrival.

The 103 guests left the Study Tour with a solid understanding and visual representation of what Macgregor Homemaker Centre will be, along with a Gift Bag that showcased the premium asset that is being delivered.

Leasing opportunities at Macgregor Homemaker Centre are limited and following the success of the Study Tour there has been an increase in demand. For Leasing enquiries please contact Damian Crocetti at Transact Capital.
