Major boost for Wyndham with Bunnings at Manor Lakes Park Hub

Wyndham is set to welcome a significant retail and employment boost with the opening of a new Bunnings Warehouse at Manor Lakes Park Hub in early November 2025.

The opening marks the first stage of the new Large Format Retail precinct, which is designed to enhance the shopping and lifestyle experience for the local community and surrounding suburbs.

Construction will commence in early 2026 on Stage 2 of Manor Lakes Park Hub, which will introduce seven additional retail outlets including petrol station/convenience store, pet supplies retailer, auto parts retailer and national food chains.

These outlets are anticipated to open towards the end of 2026, complementing the existing retail mix at the adjacent Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre.

The Manor Lakes Park Hub development is expected to generate over 300 jobs across construction and ongoing retail operations, further supporting the growth of the Wyndham area.
