Home Focus Pimpama – Precinct B1 Opening and LFRA Members Private Tour

Baycrown Property Group are excited to announce the latest stage of Home Focus Pimpama is now open, with major retailers trading at Exit 49, Nexus Drive, Pimpama, on the Gold Coast.

Baycrown are proud to announce that Large Format Retailers Officeworks, RSEA, Beacon Lighting and Early Settler are now trading in Precinct B1.

Petbarn and Pillow Talk will be joining the Home Focus Pimpama tenant mix very soon.

The centre, which already included the likes of Bunnings, BP, Drive-Thru Guzman Y Gomez, Oporto, and a Family Medical Practice, recently completed its latest building works in collaboration with De Luca Corporation for the opening of the latest stage (7,200 sqm).

Baycrown were thrilled to host fellow members of the Large Format Retail Association as part of the opening.

The contingency was led by Ian Robinson, Immediate Past President and Executive Chairman, Beacon Lighting and Philippa Kelly, LFRA Chief Executive Officer.

The private tour provided LFRA members an opportunity to visit Home Focus Pimpama and get to know the Baycrown Property Group better at their iconic Gold Coast office afterwards.

Pimpama is one of the fastest growth areas in Queensland and Australia.

It is the epicentre of growth and the urban sprawl that links Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The Home Focus Pimpama location for Large Format Retailers is unrivalled.

The Queensland State Government has recently commenced $120 million of works on the M1 interchange and overpass at Exit 49, to allow for the traffic increases in the area to Yawalpah Rd and onto the Highway in both directions, including doubling the overpass lanes.

The centre has been thoughtfully master plan designed by Paul Ziukelis Architects to meet the rising demand in the Gold Coast’s booming north, with emphasis on both home and lifestyle options.

The tenancies range in sizes from 150sqm to 2,500 sqm+ and incorporates pedestrian and bicycle linkages, generous landscaping elements, and a capacity to accommodate 1,400 customer car parks.

The next stage of this vibrant homemaker centre is expected to be under construction in early 2023.

It will provide a further 6,500sqm of high-level amenity and add to the destination appeal – bringing together electrical, furniture, homewares, along with other various outlets and smaller convenience-driven tenants to create a balanced development with lifestyle allure.

Upon completion Home Focus Pimpama will provide 50,000 m2+ of lettable area, with other Large Format Retailers to come as the precinct develops over time.
