Bill Identity is an Australian based technology company with offices in Australia, NZ, and the UK. We operate cloud-based, utility bill management solutions to over 200 clients worldwide.

Our key Utility Bill Management product is a platform which collects bills, extracts their data, and validates them, ensuring our customers are not being incorrectly charged.

It is capable of processing thousands of bills per minute. This reduces time-consuming and costly manual processes and assists clients in identifying and addressing areas of energy spend optimisation to improve operational efficiencies.

 

  1. In what ways can your technology help improve business efficiency?

Our software simplifies utility bill collection, validation, and payment, using automated billing processes. This in turn improves data visibility, integrity and control.

In more recent years, we have shined a light on the importance of ESG reporting and ensure our clients have a clear understanding of their energy data.

To date, we have assisted many of our retail clients in optimising the ‘E’ in ESG and supported them in achieving readily available automated data for ever-changing ESG programs and compliance requirements.

These solutions provide audit grade data with greater speed, accuracy and control compared to manual processes, as well as providing significant cost savings for our customers.
