Deluca Advances Development in Pimpama’s Home Focus Project for Baycrown Property Group

Queensland Property Group Deluca is proud to announce the progressive development of the Home Focus project for client Baycrown Property Group, centrally positioned in Pimpama and spanning 3,000m2.

This new phase underscores a commitment to the Large Format Retail sector, with the introduction of two prominent brands, The Good Guys and Repco.

Building upon the success of earlier stages, these new additions will join other Large Format Retail brands like Bunnings, Officeworks, Petbarn, The Reject Shop, Pillow Talk, Beacon Lighting and Early Settler to strengthen the offering and provide a comprehensive retail experience for the community and surrounds.

Baycrown’s Development Manager, Greg McDonald, is pleased with progress to date and stated, “We are excited about the ongoing development of the Home Focus project.

This latest contract re-enforces Deluca’s expertise within the construction arm of their Property Group and their commitment to fostering long-term partnerships with likeminded clients like Baycrown.
