Burgess Rawson re-imagined

Australia’s leading privately-owned commercial property agency and leasing specialists Burgess Rawson have unveiled a fresh new look, with a new national identity and branding.

After decades under its distinctive orange, black and white logo, the company has revealed a bold new design and a unique brand statement that captures how Burgess Rawson has evolved and the values it holds dear.

The agency will now identify as “Australia’s property people”, as well as adopting a new logo with a more modern and sophisticated design, while retaining elements that link to Burgess Rawson’s history, which dates back more than 40 years.

The re-brand unlocks new marketing opportunities for project leasing, with a wider reach and an even more unified approach enhancing the leasing offering to clients.

Burgess Rawson leasing director David Mark says the new look ties in perfectly with his team’s well-established reputation as industry leaders in the leasing market.

“We’ve always worked collaboratively with our clients to provide tailored leasing services that draw upon our broad tenant database, and with our new brand repositioning, we’re even better at harnessing the power of our other divisions and offices,” Mr Mark says.

“In a lot of ways, nothing changes. We’re still providing our same exceptional full service offering, from off-the-plan deals on development sites through to leases on new and established commercial properties, but with a renewed approach that we think will really resonate with our clients.”

“At the heart of it all, we’re ‘people people’ who love our job and the challenge of helping commercial property owners and developers get the most out of leasing their properties.”

Burgess Rawson’s re-brand comes after an extensive six-month consultation process across all of the company’s offices in seven states, which solidified the agency’s national identity and sought to better capture the essence of its ‘people first’ approach to commercial property.

“We love what we do, so for us it’s about going on that leasing journey with our clients. We want to make a real difference in people’s lives through the way we lease property, while continuing to innovate in every area of our business,” Mr Mark says.
