Petbarn and Uber Eats partner to make pet parenting even easier

Pet parents can now shop thousands of pet essentials on Uber Eats, thanks to a new partnership with Australia’s leading pet retailer, Petbarn.
Whether customers prefer to shop in-store, select two-hour next-day or standard delivery from Petbarn online, or now order via Uber Eats, the partnership gives animal lovers more flexibility than ever to care for their pets in the way that suits them best.
In an Australian first, the partnership also introduces loyalty integration on Uber Eats. Members of Petbarn’s Friends for Life program can now access exclusive member pricing directly through the Uber Eats platform, making it even better value when shopping for their furry, feathered, or finned loved ones.
“Petbarn and Uber have enjoyed a long-standing partnership, offering our customers a market-leading guaranteed two-hour delivery service and fulfilling millions of orders nationwide. Expanding our relationship to Uber Eats was a natural next step, making it even easier for pet parents to get what they need, when they need it,” said Lucas Barry, CEO of Greencross Pet Wellness Company.
Alyssa O’Connell, Director of Commercial at Uber ANZ, agreed: “As a pet owner myself, I recognise the value this partnership brings. Uber Eats is already a trusted delivery service for groceries, meals, and household essentials – now, we’re extending that convenience to pet care, reinforcing our commitment to serving all members of the household, including pets.”
The collaboration strengthens Petbarn’s mission to provide seamless access to trusted pet care products. From toys and treats to grooming supplies and supplements, thousands of Petbarn items are now just a tap away on Uber Eats.
