Simon leads the COVA Building & Property team nationally and is recognised as a strong Design Manager and leader, serving as the COVA Project Lead on many of our most notable projects. Simon’s experience comprises major national retail clients including Myer (20+ projects), Target (50+ Projects), Kmart (200+ store renewals and tenancy conversions), and other recognised brands such as Salta Properties (Multiple commercial projects), Coca-Cola Amatil ($90M Richlands Dairy Line, Bottling and Alcohol Tank Farm) and the Tasmanian Government Justice Department ($21M Risdon Prison PIRP Stage D Development).

Simon’s varied consulting and contracting background gives him an exceptional foundation in multi- discipline Team Leadership, Design Management, Coordination and Project Delivery.
