You will be responsible for a portfolio covering the Perth Metro area, a new company car is included in your package allowing for convenient travel to and from properties within the Perth Metro area, with the added benefit of taking it home each night. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in facilities operations, preferably within a retail setting. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a thorough understanding of compliance requirements within the retail sector. Vend Property's Summer Evening Cruise Last week, our team and partners were treated to a fantastic evening cruising along the stunning Swan River. Embracing the fabulous 38-degree weather in Perth (because, our weather is always amazing!), the playful dolphins and the wonderful company of friends made it an absolute blast. Captain at the helm of the fabulous "Our Lady Grace," dropped anchor, and the evening got even better with Oliver from Olio's Fine Food on board, treating us to the most incredible culinary delights. To top it all off a local legend and his son shared their fresh crab catch with us, adding a wonderful surprise to our evening. It was an incredible evening filled with laughter and good vibes. Property Management Team Update: Ready for Growth in 2024! Exciting developments are happening in our property management department as we expand to meet the demands of the coming year. We're pleased to announce our new Property Manager, Jackie Babich, with whom Andrew Cryer, our Head of Asset Management, has collaboratively worked with in the past. Jackie's experience, coupled with our existing team, enhances our capacity for growth and reinforces our commitment to excellence. Diane Tierney joined us as a Property Manager mid-2023, bringing more than 10 years of commercial real estate industry experience to our team. Together with Yasmin Parnaby Dubois, who is currently assisting Andrew and is on her way to managing her own portfolio, our team is well-positioned for success.   Hailey Evans, is our dedicated Facilities Manager, who oversees inspections and contractor management, ensuring the quality of our properties.   A special shoutout to Dana Wang, our in-office Trust Accountant, who has been an integral part of Vend for an impressive 10 years, handling all things accounts-related.
