Since commencing her career in the Property Sector in 2014, Nikita has successfully demonstrated her passion for business development and prides herself on the genuine industry relationships she has developed. Nikita’s diverse experience across Architecture, Construction, and Consultancy has resulted in hundreds of vital connections and, as a result, she has a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to both COVA and our partners.

Nikita’s focus is understanding the key stakeholder needs, commercial drivers, and strategic motives behind each client and their projects, and working with our design teams to deliver accordingly. Nikita streamlines the delivery process by providing communication continuity throughout each stage of the project, as well as actively working to enhance day-to-day communication.

Nikita’s primary goal is to ensure that working with COVA is an efficient, rewarding, and successful experience for all parties, and ultimately, that our clients look forward to working in partnership with COVA again and again.
